In mid-August, the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Assocation announced that Tierra Concepts, Inc., had won the top prize of the organization’s annual home tour — for the fifth time. The company, owned by Keith Gorges and Eric and Kurt Faust, had two entries on the 2013 edition of Haciendas — A Parade of Homes. The one that won the Grand Hacienda is a contemporary-design collaboration with architect Robert Zachry and interior designer Edy Keeler.
